Lake Stevens Lot project
WE have acquired a raw lot that we are looking to develop in the Lake Stevens vicinity. It has the ability to install a sewer stub, electricity is at the street. It also has a bus stop at the road, and the police and fire stations are very close. Quite a few positive attributes, but we are also aware of the development challenges related costs and dealing with critical areas. Never the less if it is meant to be, we will either provide for needs directly thru a tiny house community or a parking area for those living in vehicles on the street; or indirectly by developing conventionally for cash flow to meet other needs.
